Senior Care Assistant (Days) – Full-Time Permanent Position Available 33 hours per week, £10.50 per hour. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role is required and qualifications (NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care) are essential to the role.
JOB SUMMARY
To ensure optimum levels of person-centered care are delivered consistently to all service users creating a welcoming, caring and engaging environment for all residents, visitors and employees within the home. Providing continued support to less experienced employees enabling them to contribute fully to the care team overall.
Full training and induction will be provided with ongoing support.
All successful applicants must have had 2 Doses of the Covid Vaccination which you will be asked to show evidence of prior to any interview.

Bank Staff required for all designations for both Stainton Lodge Care Centre & Stainton Way Care Home.
Bank Positions available in both homes. There are 185 staff working across the Stainton Site, so Bank Staff are important to us and there is generally always a good number of hours available. Our Bank Staff always have the first option of the shifts available, so basically they are in control of the hours they work through their own availability.
